Come: Eat: Celebrate: at the Cameroon Dinner and Benefit Evet

Come to the BawaHealth Initiative Cameroon Dinner on Saturday May 12, 2012 at 6:00p at St. Andrew’s Parish at 401 S. Willow Street in Ellensburg, WA. All donations will be matched 100% by the Kelleher Motor Company, requested donation for dinner is $10 for Adults & $5 for Kids (5 yrs and over) for advance tickets purchased prior to May 11. Adult tickets at the door are $15 for adults.

Dinner Menu
Peanut Soup
Peanut base, seasoned with tomato, mushrooms, garlic, onion & parsley

Riz Sauté
Slow-cooked rice, with mixed vegetables and seasoned with sauté onion & tomato

Haricot Sauté
Boiled beans sauté in caramelized onions and garlic

Fufu
Grilled pork & sauté spinach served with boiled corn meal

Poulet Braisé
Seasoned grilled chicken drumstick with spice

Dessert
Orange, watermelon, strawberries and brownies

Coffee, Ndu Tea (Cameroon Tea), Juice
